Pub Crawl Miami – Terms of Use

1. License and Admission

Your Pub Crawl Miami admission wristband/ticket and drink tickets constitute a revocable license.

Admission may be refused, or the license withdrawn, at any time by refunding the purchase price. Such refund will constitute the full extent of damages or compensation owed to the holder.

2. Conduct and Compliance

Pub Crawl Miami, participating venues, and sponsors reserve the right, without refund, to deny admission or eject any person whose behavior is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with these Terms of Use or venue rules.

Holders agree not to transmit, record, photograph, or otherwise reproduce any part of the event without prior written consent from Pub Crawl Miami.

Violation of this condition will automatically terminate the wristband/ticket and drink ticket license.

3. Assumption of Risk and Liability

By attending, the holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers of personal injury or other hazards related to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.

The holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pub Crawl Miami, its venues, sponsors, and affiliates, regardless of their negligence, from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation.

4. Use of Image and Likeness

Attendance grants Pub Crawl Miami, its venues, and sponsors the right to use the holder’s image or likeness in any still, live, or recorded video, or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the event.

5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

General Admission ticket cancellations must be requested no later than 48 hours before the event date (12:00am local time) to qualify for a refund.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the event date (12:00am local time) are non-transferable and non-refundable.

“Early Bird” discounted tickets sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Eventbrite service fees are non-refundable.

6. Venues, Specials, and Entry Requirements

Venues, participating locations, and drink specials may change without notice and are subject to availability.

Pub Crawl Miami is not responsible for denied admission caused by inappropriate attire, insufficient identification, or failure to meet venue requirements.
